Fairhurst was commissioned by Summerfield Homes to provide civil engineering support for the entirety of their 3-phase [299 unit] housing development in the Somerset village of Watchet. This included infrastructure and attenuation features. Onsite carriageways were of a non-standard design as requested by the local planning authority to blend into the surrounding area.
